All live classes cancelled until further Notice.
Due to the COVID-19 and increasing case numbers Calgary AB, I have cancelled and refunded all classes that were to happen live in my commercial kitchen.
I am still supplying bread to Fresh & Local Farm Outlet on McLeod Trail and The Crisp Apple in Douglasdale.
The kitchen is finally built and ready. It took almost a full year of construction and permits.
While all of this construction has been happening, I have been working on developing course content. I have taken all of your emails, phone calls and conversations into account when designing the introduction class. It will be a fun and informative 3 hour class. Not only will you learn the basics of sourdough but we will play around with making bagels from this delicious fermented dough.
Each class will be a small group setting so everyone gets to be hands on and ensures all of your questions will be answered.
